General Information

Event Production - We often work with party planners and event organisers. We know the hard work that goes in to events and we know how important it is that the set-up, layout and details of your events are captured. We will photograph every detail from every angle. Making sure your event is never forgotten and you have beautiful images to show case your work.

Equipment and Safety  - We use top level professional cameras both Nikon and Canon with only the best lenses.  We have full public liability insurance.

Privacy -  We do not collect, retain or pass on  any of your personal details and we do NOT send out unnecessary emails.  Your galleries can be passworded so that only your chosen audience may view and all galleries involving images of children are passworded as standard.

All our images are post produced ensuring the highest quality and usually delivered digitally.

Prints can be ordered directly from the website if required and are printed professionally by Loxley Labs in the UK.  Other sizes and print options are always available (e.g. canvases, acrylics etc) - please enquire for prices.

Weddings 

We will beautifully photograph your wedding day bringing together all the natural moments, fun and emotion throughout the day.

Our Freindly and Professional Approach - we pride ourselves on being able to create unusual and artistic images using advanced lighting techniques and inspirational ideas.  In our pre wedding meeting we chat through the multitude of possibilities in a relaxed environment. 

We always visit the ceremony and reception venues before the wedding giving particular attention to detail, composition, timing schedules and speed of operation.

Working as a "two woman team" we have the advantage of being in two places at the same time, both full professionals.  We remain as unobtrusive as possible whilst ensuring that we never miss a moment.

Pricing - Excellent affordable photography with complete flexibility.  And no surprises.   This means that we can fine tune things to fit your budget.  Please contact us as there are many ways to tailor a wedding package and you'll receive plenty of help and advice.  

All images are delivered to you unwatermarked digitally - yours to upload/share/print, whatever you like, and also uploaded to a gallery with or without password for guest viewing.

We can also provide quotes for luxury professional wedding albums (this is our only extra).

Proms, Parties and Balls

Ball/Prom - We set up a digital mobile studio in the venue (requiring a space of 4m by 3m, enabling larger groups) with the option of instant viewing and digital downloads.  We have a good sized fun-filled prop box for the more adventurous of your guests including a couple of fantastic thrones.   We have a great of selection backdrops to suit most colour schemes.

Pricing - This is on a pre-paid per head basis with digital images.

Private Party - event photographers are naturally stealthy, capturing all the key moments by balancing the background ambient light with flash fill.   We will sizzle with energy all night long to ensure no key moments are missed, no detail left unnoticed no guest can avoid us!

Pricing - Totally dependent on number of hours.  Approximately  £80 per hour for two of us at the venue, unlimited images.   No two events are the same so all quotes are carefully tailored to your budget and requirements, and also flexible.  Images are transferred digitally and can be viewed on a private internet gallery if requested.

Theatre

Technically tricky - we have the technical skills and tricks to adapt to the demands of quick, dramatic and uneven lighting plus the necessary experience enabling us to produce striking and creative images.  We pride ourselves on our ability to be in two places at once thereby obtaining the close-up and the wider shots at the same moment to capture every emotion and expression.

We use top level professional equipment with quiet shutters in order to capture all those low light scenes and for the very best shots we recommend a pre performance staged photo shoot in full dress.

Pricing -   Every production is different and we will try work within your budget.  Approximately £80 per hour for two of us, unlimited images.  We can upload to our website gallery for post production viewing/sales.

Sports Events

Light, Camera, Action!    We can handle low light, fast moving, indoor or outdoor sporting events (weather no object!).  Because we use the very best professional digital cameras and lenses, there is often never any need for distracting flash or other lighting.  

We have wide experience covering things such as Equestrian Events, Ski Racing, Gymnastics Displays, Netball, Football etc

We upload our images to a viewing gallery as soon as possible after each event for viewing and/or sales if required.

Conferences and Corporate Events - Corporate event photographers know the importance of stealthily capturing speakers. We know how to capture key moments between delegates without being obtrusive.  Low light and no flash are our speciality.
